I want to share something personal: I was diagnosed with ADHD at the age of 38. Going most of my life without a name for my struggles meant I had to create countless strategies just to cope. While they helped temporarily, they often led to burnout, depression, and daily anxiety. Because I've genuinely lived this experience, I understand and deeply empathise with your struggles. This personal journey is what makes me so passionate about my work.

With 15 years of NHS experience, I combine CBT and OT expertise, providing a unique lens for understanding your journey. Nothing is more rewarding than celebrating your strengths and growth. Hearing clients say, "I wish I did this sooner!" is common, so let's start now!
