Hello, I'm Kayleigh, I'm an OT, CBT and (pending) Advanced AuDHD coach.
Understanding how challenging life can be, I created Reclaiming You Therapy in Teesside as a compassionate, non-judgemental space for you to heal. My practice is built on the belief that your authentic self is your greatest strength. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, adjusting to life events, or seeking to understand your neurodivergent brain, I am dedicated to providing the support you need. We will work together to explore your thoughts, build resilience, and let your true self shine. I am deeply committed to guiding and supporting you every step of the way as you build the skills necessary to reclaim your well-being and create a life you truly love.

Self-Esteem Improvement
I know the quiet, persistent voice of self-doubt can be exhausting, making you feel unworthy or unseen. It's incredibly hard when negative self-talk dictates your choices and limits your potential. You deserve to feel confident, capable, and proud of who you are. In our sessions we will work together to challenge these beliefs, nurture self-compassion, and actively build a foundational sense of self-worth. You are already enough; I am committed to helping you truly see it and live it.
Depression Relief
I understand how hard, heavy, and dark life feels when you feel lost, alone and don't recognise yourself. But this heaviness doesn't have to last forever. Together, we will create a non-judgemental, safe and supportive space to actively reduce the burden of depression; helping you process life events, build coping strategies and explore your thoughts. I truly believe, together we can help you rediscover your strength, reconnect and build the life you love.
Anxiety Reduction
I understand how paralysing anxiety can be, creating constant worry and making your mind feel like a relentless battlefield. When fear becomes the default, it is easy to feel trapped and overwhelmed. But your nervous system doesn't have to run the show. I offer a calm, grounded, and supportive space where we will explore the roots of your anxiety and gently challenge its hold. Together, we will build practical skills and inner resilience, empowering you to manage the overwhelm and reclaim peace in your mind and body.
Personal Growth
I know the frustration of feeling stuck, seeing a desired future but hitting invisible walls, those shadows cast by subconscious limiting beliefs. It's natural to feel held back by patterns we don't fully understand. In our collaborative space, we won't just focus on the surface; we'll gently bring those beliefs out of the shadows and into the light. I am here to guide and support you through this deep work, empowering you to challenge what's holding you back so you can embrace your full potential and step confidently onto your chosen path of personal growth.
Overcoming The Past
I understand the profound weight of past events and how trauma can leave you feeling fragmented, hyper-vigilant, or disconnected. It's a heavy truth: we cannot change what has already happened, but true healing isn't about trying to forget or pretend the past didn't occur. Together, our focus will be on helping you gain control of your present and future. Together, in a safe and supportive space, our sessions will gently and effectively help you process these difficult events. I am committed to guiding you as you integrate these experiences so they no longer control, limit, or define your future, allowing you to reclaim your sense of self and live beyond survival.
AuDHD Coaching
I understand how the unique challenges of the neurodivergent brain; from difficulties with focus, organisation, and emotional regulation to the constant effort of masking. These constant struggles can lead to deep-seated beliefs that you're somehow 'incapable' or constantly failing. I know first-hand how exhausting these daily fights are.
True lasting change requires a holistic approach; focusing only on practical skills often isn't enough to quiet the deep-rooted self-doubt. That's why my coaching combines essential practical strategies with elements of CBT. Together, we will actively and gently reshape those strong, limiting beliefs created by ADHD/AuDHD. This powerful integration helps you manage the day-to-day while dismantling self-doubt, empowering you to truly understand your brain, recognise your strengths, and build a fulfilling life.
