CBT cycle

CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) is a therapeutic approach that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviours.

 

Its underlying principle is our thoughts significantly influence our emotions, physical responses and actions.

 

CBT will help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns, replacing them with more positive and realistic ones. This, in turn, leads to changes in feelings and behaviours.
